Time with Tracy

Great list, Mike. I would add that good leaders use appreciation as a motivational tool. When I taught middle school I learned that acknowledging my students’ efforts, no matter now small, was a great motivator. This is especially effective with low performers. Something as simple as "Thank you for attempting each problem on your homework!" can go a long way.

I agree, Tracy! Thanks for sharing!
